    I’m using Windows 10.
I have tried to create a cfs file with ptcfscreate.exe (ptiso. 2017.08.24).
Then I have opened the resulting file with ptiso.
All file paths in the mounted volume are been truncated to 128 chars. The problem is that ptcfscreate.exe has not raised any warning.
Due to this bug some files, with the same truncated name, was not included in the cfs file.
I think that it’s a real strange and serious bug that let me think that the compressor implementation is not reliable.

    Best regards,

CFS is based on ISO-9660 with Joliet Unicode extensions. The maximum file name component length limit is dictated by these existing formats/standards.

    Hello Joe,
thank you for your answer, I was missing the limitation of Joliet extensions.
Anyway the problem is that the ptcfscreate.exe compressor doesn’t warn on files with a name too long for the Joilet specification.

    Best regards,
